Inspired by the Old English word haer, meaning "hair", our name reflects a deep respect for the craft, traditions, and principles that have made British hairdressing a global benchmark for excellence. Influenced by pioneers such as Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy, Trevor Sorbie, Pierre Alexandre, and countless contemporary educators and salon professionals, we are committed to preserving the values that have defined British hairdressing for decades: skill, integrity, creativity, and continuous learning.

Our salon is home to independent Hair Stylists who share a collective commitment to raising standards within the profession. While each stylist brings their own specialism and creative perspective, all Partners are united by common values: professionalism, integrity, technical excellence, and exceptional client care.

As an education group, HAER Collective is dedicated to supporting the growth of hairdressing professionals through meaningful education, collaboration, and shared expertise.

We foster a community of hairstylists who act as industry Ambassadors, contributing specialist knowledge and practical experience through workshops, demonstrations, mentoring, and training events.
