HAER Collective is dedicated to honouring and advancing the excellence of British hairdressing.

Our Founder, Simon Stuart, brings over 35 years of industry experience as a hair stylist, educator, training manager, and more than 20 years as Director of one of Manchester's most respected apprenticeship training providers.

"Today, I am as passionate about this industry as I was when I started as an apprentice in 1987. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of learning from some of the most influential professionals in hairdressing, from stylists inspired by Vidal Sassoon to some of the finest independent salons and educators in the country.

I have also been fortunate to work alongside innovators and educators from leading professional brands including Redken, Wella, L'Oréal, Paul Mitchell, Aveda and Matrix. Their influence continues to inspire my commitment to learning, development and excellence.
