Our training options include short courses of up to 26 weeks as well as 1-day specialist workshops, giving you the flexibility to train in a way that suits you. With over 40 years’ experience within our team, we also call upon some of the very best industry specialists to share their expertise in our personally designed sessions. Government funded Advanced Learner Loan Courses

The Adult Learner Loan is a financial support option for individuals aged 19 or over to undertake approved qualifications at levels 3 to 6 at an approved provider in 

England. 

Here are the key points of the loan:

Eligibility: No income checks, no credit checks, and no repayment until income exceeds a certain threshold. 

Loan Amount: The amount depends on the course fees and the maximum loan available. The minimum loan amount is £300, our Level 3 programmes are funded  at £3,345 per course

Repayment: You will only start repayments in the April after you have left your course and where your income exceeds the repayment threshold (£27,295 per year, £2,274 per month). 

example: if you earned £2,500 in a month (£226 over the threshold) you would pa 9% of the £226 = £20.34 a month

Application: At your course induction, we assist you through the application process that you make online through the official government website (Student Loans Company). We shall inform you of what documentation you need before induction and ensure you are aware of the necessary information you need such as course details and fees. 

Additional Support: You may be eligible for grants or bursaries for specific costs like childcare or travel. This can be discussed prior or during the Induction where we shall be able to sign post you to the appropriate agency for further information/ support.

Private Funded Courses.

Our Private funded courses are designed with the learner in mind, they are not about how the learner should emulate Haer Collective or the Ambassador delivering the training. OUR TRAINING HAS A COMMITMENT TO YOU.

• We will always seek to understand at what level you are working at (neither too high level or low level, we appreciate and value your time and money)
• We encourage your questions before the course delivery. We want to to know what each learner wishes to learn and gain from the course
• You will never attend a class where there are more than 8 people in a session. Your time is essential to us to maximise your learning
• You will be trained by a Occupational specialist who is currently practising or working in the area of expertise you are training in. Prior to the course, you will receive a Bio of the Ambassador and introduction to the course content
• You will receive on 'in house' or 'accredited' certificate to evidence hours of professional development or to demonstrate your commitment to further skills training.
